 Holly's Prize is just that. The photo of her is when she was young, but now she has matured into a fabulous hen. She is one of the best handling hens in my loft and one of my favorites. Holly's Prize was 4th in the Flamingo Classic 200 - her sister was 1st in the 350. Her Dam is Holly's Girl which makes Holly's Prize inbred to Hollywood and Breeder's Best. On her sire's side, her paternal granddam is All Alone (the ped says Home Alone, right bird wrong name), named such for finishing out in front by a large margin. All Alone is a direct daughter of the National Ace Rocket when paired with Jennifer. All Alone was 1st Place Royal Crown Classic Race - 3 minutes ahead at a one loft race with 172 birds competing from 300 miles; winning $50,000. Holly's Prize's sire Hofken's Hamster, he was named such because Mike Ganus made the comment that he was so good he could be mated to a hamster and still produce race winners. Well once again Mike knows his birds!!!
